I didn't have the best day, but I didn't have the worst. I got some things done. All the hygiene stuff and that's good. I got Booie to the doctor and made some phone calls. I always hate doing phone calls. I didn't have a workout scheduled, so I was OK there. I missed my water, cleaning, and laundry though. But I would rate the day well, because I did things rather than sitting around all day, which is very much how the day could have gone.
I think there are three big hurdles, no not hurdles,... problems? I don't know. Anyway, three issues for me during the day: fatigue and napping, TV, and computer. If I do any of these before getting to work, my day is wasted 9 times out of 10. Today, I still managed to get things done even though I watched a lot of TV. I would have done everything, I'm sure, if not for that. So I think TV, computer, and I almost forgot, Xbox, will be off limits until I've done one chore. As for the fatigue, I don't know. Maybe a morning walk would help, but I don't want to add to the list yet. So I'll have to honestly evaluate if I need naps. I may tomorrow at this rate!
