All weekend we heard about the big "snow event" coming Monday and lasting through Tuesday. As usual, when big snow is predicted, it fails to show up. It did snow all day, but the streets didn't have a thing stick until late this evening. It was just too warm. The next big wave has started. We'll see if it meets expectations.
I did get to the doctor today, and it wasn't the horrible experience I had eventually got myself into believing it would be. Kind of like the snow, the visit just wasn't bad at all. In fact, I quite like this doctor. She didn't seem to think I was a hypochondriac, which is nice. She listened and checked and explained very pleasantly. I have some tests to get done, and I go back in a month. My blood pressure is up, and she wants to get that down. That was the only obvious thing wrong. The chest pain was a stumper, and the ear may be allergies. The fatigue she attributed to depression which makes sense and is much more palatable to me than CFS. So I'll get the tests done and go from there. I get to try some allergy nose spray too. So I got the ball rolling. Finally.
